Are you ready to get started? Good then let's go! Start by making a circle for the head, and then an oblong shape for the body. Make sure the two shapes are connected before you draw in the legs, and facial guideline.

2

Now you are ready to start sketching out the shape of the lambs head, and then sketch out the back of the neck, and some of the back. When making the lining for the neck and back be sure to use a curling stroke. As you know lambs have very nappy hair

3

Continue to sketch out the lambs body like you see here which basically consists of the rear end, tail, front of the neck, chest, front and back thighs. All the lining for these body parts should be the same as the sketching you did for the back and

4

You are now near the last drawing step. What you will have to do here is draw out all four legs, and all four hooves. Be sure to draw in the split toe or hoof on each foot.

5

Lastly, define and detail the coat of the lamb, and add the separating lines for each hoof and leg. Erase the lines and shapes you drew in step one to clean up the drawing.

6

When you are all done, your drawing should more or less look like the one you see here. Now you can color it in, and remember, lambs can be white, golden, or black.

Description: Hey everyone it's me again your friendly artist, and friend. Today I thought I would submit another tutorial based on a lesson I already have. Like the hamster and chipmunk, I am redrawing or making a newer version of an animal that is pretty popular. I think it's time that I teach you "how to draw a lamb", step by step using a much more detailed and defined lesson. The lamb that you will be drawing today is much cuter then the other version of lamb I drew back in 2008. I think you will have a blast with this new version because not only is the tutorial going to be easier to follow, you will also be sketching out a unique pose that is always cute, and fun to draw. The front legs are spread apart with a look that this little lamb is ready to frolic and play. Anyways have fun guys, and remember, when you tackle this lesson on "how to draw a lamb", be sure to go ahead and add your own personal touches for added spice and energy. Peace out people, and stick around because I still have to upload another Pokemon species that I think you will like.
