How to Draw a Chibi Piece of Paper

The first step is very easy, all you have to do is draw a black rectangle!

To do the second step all you have to do is draw a red line tha is about an inch away from the left side of the rectangle. make sure that the red line isn't overlapping the rectangle!

The third step is optional, it changes paper into notebook paper. all you have to do is add three circles to the left side of the red line. Be sure to make the circles all the same size and that they are the same distance between each other.

For the fourth step you have to draw a blue line that is about an inch away from the top of the rectangle. The blue lines should be about a centimeter away from each other. Make sure that the blue lines don't overlap the circles or the rectangle.

Finally you just have to add the eyes and mouth. I hope you enjoyed my first tutorial!
