First draw a circle.

Step 2.


Next draw the face.

Step 3.


Next draw the hair and pigtails.

Step 4.


Then draw a body

Step 5.


Get rid of the excess lines and then color her in.

Step 6.


Shade her in, add a shadow and voila! You're done!
