Draw a Nutcracker Easy

Step 1.

There are no guidelines or shapes because this is a pretty straight forward lesson. Begin by drawing the shape of the face and then the top hat.

Step 2.

For step two, we will draw the bushy hair on the sides of the nutcracker's head. When that is done go ahead and draw in the almond shaped eyes, the dark, thick eyebrows, the nose, mustache and mouth.

Step 3.

Here you will draw the base of the Nutcracker's neck followed by the long bushy beard. Once that is done you can draw the shoulders, wooden style arms and round shaped hands.

Step 4.

The bottom of the suit jacket should be drawn next. This is just a standard bowl shape. Add the design markings on the end of the jacket too.

Step 5.

Lastly, finish this Nutcracker off by drawing the legs and feet. Add detailing to the pants and shoes, then erase the mistakes and guides.

Step 6.

That's all there is to it. Now you can have fun coloring in your Nutcracker for kids to bring this art to life.

So here is how to draw a nutcracker for kids, step by step. I love the way this nutcracker came out. It is going to be a fun and simple lesson to tackle which means anyone will and should have fun with tackling the lesson. The Nutcracker is one of the more iconic statues or characters that people associate with Christmas. I myself am fond of the Barbie version of 'The Nutcracker' and I think it's because of the music and characters. Anyways, go ahead and have fun drawing this easy Nutcracker for kids and I will ready the rest of the lessons to come.
