How to Draw the Mona Lisa For Kids

Step 1.


Begin by drawing the shape of the head guide and then sketch in the guidelines for the face and upper body.

Step 2.


Next, simply draw the left part of the face shape and then the neck. You will then draw in her long wavy hair which rests on the shoulders.

Step 3.


Define the shape of Mona Lisa's face which is the chin and jaw, then begin drawing the darkened eyes as well as the corners or sides of the nose between the eyes.

Step 4.


Up next, draw the nose and add some shading under the nose. You will then draw in the famous smile and chin dimple.

Step 5.


We will finish the drawing by adding the lining for the body and then the collar line. Erase the mistakes and the guides too.

Step 6.


This is the line art. Now you can color in your simple drawing of the Mona Lisa.
