How to Draw Steven, Steven Universe

1

Make two circles, one for the head and the other for the body. Sketch in the facial guidelines as well as the guide for the belly.

2

You will now draw out the head shape followed by the ears.

3

Steven is an easy character face to replicate but before you do that you have to draw in the cloud like puffy hairstyle. When that is done draw the eyes, color in the eyebrows, then draw out the large smiling mouth with a fully exposed smile. Add det

4

Okay so the face is all drawn in. You will now draw the arms and hands. As you can see the arms are in a masculine pose. Add some of the torso shape, then you can proceed to step five.

5

Draw in the end of the torso by making a shirt line. When that is done you can draw the legs, as well as the feet. Be sure to draw the cuffs at the end of each pant leg.

6

Almost done. Draw the shirt or sleeve lines for the shirt, then draw in a star as well as a zipper seam on his jeans.

7

You will now draw in the puffy couch that Steven is using as his posing platform. The cushions should be nice and puffy as well. Erase your mistakes before you call it done.

8

Here is the line art now that you are done. Color in Steven from Steven Universe.
