How to Draw Rumia

Draw the guideline of Rumia. She usually has her arms wide open.

Begin by drawing the front of her hair, her ribbon and the outline of her face.

Draw the rest of her hair, her face and the beginning of her vest.
4
Draw her ribbon and beads, her arms and hands, then the frilly ends of her collar.
5
Finish off her neck ribbon and draw her skirt.
6
After erasing the guidelines, Rumia should look something like that.

Description: Ahhhhh, sorry for not uploading for the last two weeks. ;w; Last week was assessment week at school so everything was due... Anyways, I know I said I'd draw Meiling, but she's too difficult to do in a day, so here's a Rumia, the youkai of darkness! I'm gonna try to finish EoSD mainly (this time Meiling is definitely priority), but if you want me to draw other Touhou, just ask me. :D
