How to Draw Rocks
1
Very simple first step. Draw a circle for the rock in the upper left hand corner and then move onto drawing the mound shaped rock form in the middle. Lastly draw a small shape which will be the smallest rock you will draw, and then add the definition

Now you will sketch out the actual shapes of the rocks that you are drawing, or just the one rock of your choice. Rocks have ridged, and uneven shapes so you much convey that in your drawing. Once the shapes of the rocks are drawn out you can then dr

Here is your last drawing step and all you have to do is sketch out the remaining shapes and details of the rocks form. Once that is done you can go ahead and start erasing all the guidelines and shapes you drew in step one.

Description: Howdy folks, I have somewhat of a cool lesson on the way that I think is pretty neat. I have already submitted two tutorials, one of a coral reef, and one on Halo. Drawing landscapes and other forms of background images is something that takes a lot of creativity and imagination. When drawing a landscape scene, you literally have too know how to draw everything in the picture. There is no such thing as drawing half of a scene with just a house on a piece of grassy land, because that is not what a scenery is. When you draw a scenery, you have to draw not only the house and land, you also have to draw the objects that is on that land. Objects like trees, flowers, the sun, the sky, animals, cars, planes, people, and even pieces of grass and rocks. Since I have tutorials on all those other things that I listed, I will show you "how to draw rocks step by step". Yes, I know that drawing a rock is a no brainer, but maybe there are some people out there that have no clue where to begin when it comes to drawing a rock. Igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic is the three different classifications of rock in existence. With each different kind of rock, come different ways these rocks form. Igneous rocks are formed from molted liquid minerals that reside below the crust of planet Earth. Sedimentary rocks are created when three things happen, the lithification of rock, bones, shells, and other pieces of formerly living matter that is compacted and hardened. Sediments become cemented together and they become compacted and eventually harden over time. You then have the metamorphic rocks that form when a good amount of pressure and high temperatures to existing rock which then converts the old rock into a new rock and shape. Drawing a rock my be easy, but the creation and formation of rocks is pretty complex. I think you will find some kind of enjoyment from this tutorial on “how to draw rocks step by step”. There is three different rocks that I give you a lesson on, and I think you will eventually find them to come in handy. I have to go now to upload more stuff. Peace out kiddies and have fun!
