In this last drawing step you will add some last minute touches as well as draw in the strap of his shoe. Finish the lining for his samurai sword and then start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.

Description: Let’s switch it up a bit with a tutorial on an anime/manga character from the Bleach series. Today I will show you "how to draw Renji" Abarai from Bleach. As some of you may know Renji Abarai is a popular character from the series. First off before I get into detail about this awesome character let me tell you what Bleach is about. The show is aired on the Adult Swim channel and it is about a fifteen year old boy who happens to be able to see ghosts. As he tries to adapt to his ghostly ability, his life comes to an unusual change when he meets up with Rukia Kuchiki. Rukia is a Soul Reaper who shows up at the door step of Ichigo's house on the trail of a Hollow, who is a malevolent lost soul. Now since Ichigo has a high level of spiritual energy (which is why he is able to see ghost), he attempts to attack Ichigo and his family. Right when they are being attacked it is Rukia who steps in to help him and his family. While in battle Rukia is injured and can no longer continue on fighting, so in a last minute decision she decides to transfer a portion of her Soul Reaper powers into Ichigo. Once that happens Ichigo is now considered a Soul Reaper. Renji Abarai is an important character of the Bleach series. He is the lieutenant of the 6th Division in the Gotei 13 under Captain Byakuya Kuchiki. Renji has a very distinct image. He has bright red hair that is usually pulled back in a tight high ponytail. He wears a black samurai suit called a gi and carries a samurai sword as his main weapon. He is often seen wearing some sort of headband or bandanna either white or black. When he has no top on his entire upper body is covered with tribal tattoos that are intricately placed on his upper frame. They are not just any tattoos though; he gets a new tattoo with every achievement Renji attains. This was an awesome character to draw because he is so cool looking.
