Step 1.

Make the guide for the head and then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Next, draw the structure of the face like so, then draw some of the neck line.

In this step all you have to do is draw out the eyes. As you can see they are shaped like diamonds at the ends. Draw the small nose as well.

We will now draw in his messy hairstyle. The bangs and the surrounding chunks should be pointed.

You will now draw the headgear that he is wearing. I think this is some sort of mic device.

Draw in the rest of his eyes, then add the eyebrows, mouth and detailing at the lid line.

You will complete the task of drawing the shoulders and jacket collar. For a tall skinny framed kid, he sure does have some broad shoulders.

And finally, draw the back part of his head which is just simple hair chunks. Erase any mistakes then you are all done.

In the series Izayoi is bored of his life and wants something exciting to do. To quench his thirst for fun he joins the Gift Games which is a contest of players giving gifts in the 'Little Garden'.
