How To Draw Heads

Now let's get started. We're going to start with a circle, this will represent the mass of the skull, where the brain and eyes are housed. I'm going to draw three circles so that I can show you the steps all in different views.

Next we're going to draw on the shape for the chin, where we'll put the mouth. See how the shape is similar in both the front view and the the 3/4 view, only looking a little thinner. And on the profile view you want to bring a line down from where t

Now we'll define the features of the head, fleshing out the ears, cheeks and chin and giving them more detail as to their shape and the structure of the bones of the head and face. We'll add the nose and lips on the profile view so that we can tell w

Next we'll define the brows, where the nose goes, temples and the placement of the lips.
