How to Draw Grug, Grug From The Croods

You will draw the shape of the head which looks like a seed. Sketch in the facial guidelines like so.

Add some structure to the lining of the face as you sketch out the shape or outline. There should be a pointed hairline like you see here.

We will now work on the face by drawing and coloring in the eyebrows followed by the nose and mouth.

Continue to draw out the eyes completely, then add the frown lines around the nose and mouth. Draw in the beard line as well as the prickly hair for the beard.

Grug's hairstyle is simple, just sketch out a flame like style with pointed tips. Draw the ears, then detail his hair.

As you can imagine Grug is a big burly guy. Because of this you will need to draw out a very big rugged body. Start with the wide shoulders, then draw in his thick arms. The fur he has thrown over his body should be drawn to look like the skin of an

Description: I'm back with my second lesson on another character from Dreamwork's upcoming movie 'The Croods'. Here is "how to draw Grug", step by step. Grug is the father to Eep, and he is what you call a very protective dad and husband when it comes to his family. Now because a natural disaster left his family homeless it's up to him to find another safe dwelling for his family to live. He has to drag along the whole crew as they search for another life out there in the world. His voice will be provided by Nicolas Cage which makes this an interesting character to look forward to. His face is very bold which makes him an easy character to replicate. Enjoy drawing Grug, and I will be back in a bit with more fun for you all.
