Step 1.


In this first you will be drawing out the guidelines and shapes for Goku. Start by drawing out the shape of his head. The top part is a round circle and the bottom comes down on a narrow angle. Put them both together you get an egg shaped head. Now s

In this next step start drawing out the many different shapes of Goku starting with the lining of his hair style. These lines are jaggered or pointed upside down triangle shapes that you will be drawing more of in later steps. After you complete that

Remember when I said you will be drawing more of Goku's hair style? Well this is it. Here you will draw out his wild and crazy looking hair like it is shown to you here. Next, draw his facial features like the lining for his eyes and cheeks. Now cont

Here in this next step you will have to start sketching in more detail to his face like eyes and ear definition. Now after that detail his chest and neck with sketching lines and shading. You will also need to detail his inner shirt with simple shadi

In this last step you will first erase all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step 1 that are visible to the human eye. Now detail his eyes as shown and then sketch out his right hand and detail it by adding knuckles. Now lastly you will need

This fun tutorial will teach you easy step by step instructions into creating a better and stronger version of the famous and brave Goku. In the Dragon Ball Z series, Goku was always my favorite character. He is a bold, strong, valiant, good-hearted, noble, loyal, and trusting person. A con to him so trustworthy is that he trusts everyone, (even his enemies), which leads him to getting himself killed. In the Dragon Ball Z Saiyan Saga, Goku trusts his older brother Raditz from getting killed by Piccolo’s massive and powerful beam attack. Raditz convinced Goku that he’ll leave planet earth and never hurt anyone ever again. Stupidly, Goku trusts him and lets him free from his hold. Raditz eventually turns around and strikes Goku and Piccolo. Goku is attacked and gets unconsciously hurt by the evil Raditz. Luckily, his son Gohan leaps forward and attacks the evil Raditz and frees Goku from getting killed. Suddenly, he grabs hold of Raditz once again and Piccolo then attacks him with his final blow. Goku sacrifices his life by getting hit with the massive beam as well. This is the first time Goku dies and is sent to train with King Kai to prepare for the last two Saiyans Nappa and Vegeta. Ha, in the middle of the Dragon Ball Z sagas Vegeta ends up to be my favorite character because of his anger and badness. ^-^ I am going to submit two new tutorials soon on the Super Saiyan Vegeta and the regular Vegeta. Both versions of the Vegeta are my favorites. Anyways, Goku has a son named Gohan. Gohan’s mother is Chi Chi, a young lady that Goku happened to meet in the original Dragon Ball series. In the future I look forward to buying the whole Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z movies and seasons. I’m like really obsessed with that show! I remember when I was ten years old I used to watch it all the time. I remembered the first episode I watched was #98. After that I started to watch it all the time and everyday after school in the afternoon. Well I first started out with Goku using my Wacom Intuos3 tablet using the computer program Adobe Photoshop CS. After that I colored him and made the tutorial. I hope this tutorial will help teach you "how to draw Goku" in a whole new way. I will be submitting more tutorials on other Dragon Ball characters in the future.
