Step 1.


Since this head portrait will be from the side, it should be relatively easy for you guys to draw and follow. Keep in mind what I said before, your shapes should be the size of how big you want your drawing to be. Having said that, start by drawing a

These next steps should be performed by using lightly sketched lines. This way here, if you make a mistake the erasing job won't look horrific. You will start lightly sketching out the shape of his jaw line which flows into the outline of his lips an

You can now start sketching out the rest of his eye shape as well as the other eye. Once that is done you can then sketch out the shape of his eyebrows, and then add some light shading above the eye as you see here. This should be done slowly and wit

Finish sketching out the shape of the back part of his neck, and then draw the shape of his head and ear. You will then draw the rim of his hat that he is wearing on a slant. When that is done you can proceed onto sketching out the shape of his nose

For your last drawing step all you need to do is add more shading for his eyes, shade in the rest of his hair. When his hairdo is all done, the design should look like the tip of a star. Add shading and detail to contour his ear, and then add some mo

Description: When I submitted a lesson on one of the music artist a while back, I received an e-mail asking that I do a tutorial that was on “how to draw Chris Brown", step by step. Now of course I didn't start that request right away because of how swamped I am with work. But yesterday I had some free time and I decided that I would finally fill the month old request that a member was so eager about. Now I know most of you know who Chris Brown is, which is why I don't need to tell you that he is an American singer that made his first debut song back when he was just sixteen years old. The song that climbed the charts was “Run It” from his self titled Album “Chris Brown”. All of this took place in the latter part of 2005, and since then, he has made a lasting impression on the hearts and minds of millions of fans. He was born “Christopher Maurice Brown" on May 5, 1989, and he grew up in a small town called “Tappahannock, Virginia”. I guess you could say in the beginning he grew up a normal kid to a middle class family. His mother was a day care center directer, and his dad was a corrections officer. As with a lot of singers, music has been a big part of his life, and in the beginning he used to be an avid fan of soul music. As he got older his interests started to gear more toward hip hop music which is what he sings today. One of the things that Chris Brown is known for is his soft, soothing singing voice. When his mother heard his singing, she knew that her son was gifted, and could make it as a singer. She immediately started looking for record companies that would find an interest in her son. It was when he was thirteen years old that Chris was discovered by a local production company. That is when it all started for him. In 2004 he moved to New York, and later over the next year he eventually singed with Jive Records. He chose Jive because of their success rate with young artists like Britney Spears, and Justin Timberlake. In 2005 through 2006 he began his touring for his new album. It didn't take long for Brown to be a success, and nowadays, he is a singing superstar. I think you will like this lesson that will show you with ease, "how to draw Chris Brown", step by step.
