How to Draw Chibi Piccolo

Step 1.


Start by drawing out a circle for chibi Piccolo's head and then add one single facial guideline.

Step 2.


Now you will begin sketching out Piccolo's chibi head wrap like so and as you can see it is going to be pretty simple to draw. When that is done draw the shape of his face too.

Step 3.


Using the facial guideline you drew in step one, begin drawing out the diamond shaped eyes like so. Be sure to make the lining a lot thicker and or bolder on the top like you see here. Lastly draw in the beginning of the mouth.

Step 4.


Sketch out the brows to make chibi Piccolo look fierce, and then draw in the eyeballs as well as color them in. Finish the mouth lining and move to step five.

Step 5.


Before you get busy drawing out Piccolo's ears, you will need to finish drawing the mouth which needs a top layer of teeth, and a tongue. Now you can draw out his elf like ears and add some inner detailing as well. Once you do that you can draw out t   

Step 6.


Okay, the first thing you are going to do here is draw out the top half of Piccolo's cape which is the part the fastens in the front. When that is done draw out his legs and make sure that the pants have a wrinkle or two.

Step 7.


You will then draw out chibi Piccolo's arms and hands which are in the form of fists. Draw in the feet, and then add the detailing or definition to the pants and arms like you see here as well as his cheeks.

Step 8.


For the final step all you have to do is draw out his cape which is floating in an action pose as he is rushing towards an enemy. When you are done you can start erasing the lines and shapes that you drew in step one to clean up the drawing.

Step 9.


This is what your drawing should look like when you are all done. Go ahead and color him in so you can be on your way to trying out something else new. Thank you for joining me with this tutorial on how to draw chibi Piccolo.

Description: I had so much fun with you guys yesterday in Livestream. The chibi figure I drew came out so awesome, everyone wanted me to make a tutorial out of it. So that is what I will be doing for you guys today. We will be drawing chibi Piccolo, step by step and I think you'll find that he is completely adorable. I honestly wish that all by chibi Dragon Ball characters would come out the way that chibi Piccolo did. He is actually not going to be that hard to draw because he is such a small figure. The only complicated part of the lesson you may run into is his clothing or cape I should say. Other than that, anybody should be able to tackle this tutorial on "how to draw chibi Piccolo" and walk away with an awesome sketch. As you know Piccolo plays a big role in the Dragon Ball saga, and he is definitely one of my favorite characters.
