How to Draw Cheech from Cheech and Chong

You will begin with a block like shape for the head, then draw the shoulders which will form the body. Sketch in the facial guidelines.

You will now draw the long thick sideburns, then draw in Cheech's thick mustache.

Next, draw the hat lid, then draw in the block style eyebrows.

You will need to draw out the big dopey eyes with dilated pupils. Draw the bags under the eyes, then draw the nose, then draw in his mouth. Add the detailing to his big bottom lip, then draw in the teeth.

Cheech used to have shaggy hair that was never combed. You will draw in the ends of his hair that stick out from the sides of the head, then draw in his chin and jowls or jaw line.

You will now draw the knit style hat as well as the detailing lines that will add texture to the hat in general.

Completely draw out the shoulders and arms, then proceed to step eight.

Next and lastly, draw the collar line for his muscle shirt, then draw in his straps and then his long arm pit hair. Detail the chest and you are done. Erase the mistakes and that's it.

Description: I know most of you may recognize the name that is attached to this lesson because this guy has been around since the late seventies or early eighties. This is an animated version of Cheech and the reason why I did this type of lesson is because there is actually an animated film that is already out, or coming out this year. His full name is Cheech Marin and his co-star is Chong. The movies of these two dazed out individuals have been favorited by burn outs all over the world. Having said that, have fun drawing Cheech from Cheech and Chong.
