How to Draw Ashley Purdy, Ashley Purdy From Black Veil Brides

Step 1.


Draw a head shape first, then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Step 2.


You will now sketch out the structure of the face, then draw in the sharp pointed bangs that are almost razor like.

Step 3.


Now that Ashley's face is draw out, you can draw in his lazy looking eyes, as well as the very expressive eyebrows which are in a downward pose. Draw in his nose, then draw the top part of the mouth which is the lip. Add some detailing around the sid   

Step 4.


Draw in the eyeball, color in the pupil, then draw in the rest of his lips as well as the chin detailing. You will also need to draw the marks on his cheek and jaw.

Step 5.


The next thing you will need to do is draw out the large looking ear as well as add all the detailing inside of it. Draw in the hoop style earring, and move to the next steps.

Step 6.


When you draw this specific hairstyle for Ashley, you must remember that there is a starting point in which the hair will flow in a specific set direction. Here, I show you the basics on how the razor edged hair starts off with a small edge and that    

Step 7.


Whenever I draw hair, I draw the outlines really thick and then use thinner, closer lines for the inner detailing. This will avoid the eye from becoming distracted and confused if you use excessive boldness of lines throughout your drawing.

Step 8.


taking in what I just explained to you in the previous two steps, begin drawing out his wild looking hairstyle in a very sharp and pointed manner. Add detailing where necessary, then you are ready to move along to step nine.

Step 9.


Here is your last drawing step. All you need to do is draw the shape of the neck, draw in the scratch like marks on the neck, then draw the shoulders, for his jacket, as well as his jacket collar. Erase the mistakes if you made any then you're done.

Step 10.

Description: I definitely got a lot of requests for this next figure from music mania. His name is Ashley Purdy, and he is one heck of a figure to find bio information on. I have been to several different places and all I can find is the usual; his birth date, where he was born, and how old he is. Since I know that info, let me fill you in. I mean, if you're a BVB fan you should already know this stuff, but if you are one of those people that are a Black Veil Brides fan, but don't know, here you go. Ashley Purdy provides his voice talents, as well as being the bassist for the band. He was born on January 28, 1984, and if you do your math you will find that he is twenty eight years old. He is a graphic designer, and he is also really good at keeping up with his fans on both his Facebook and Twitter. Anyways, since there is nothing more to say I guess I should let you guys get busy with drawing Ashley Purdy step by step. This should be a relativity easy lesson to follow, so I hope you do well.
