How to Draw an Easter Basket

Step 1.

We will start with a bowl like shape for the wicker basket.

Up next, draw in the cross hatching for the wicker design. Add some detailing as well.

It's a lot easier to draw the massive bow before drawing the handle. Add indent dimpling to the bow and then proceed to step four.

Here you will add the handle and then draw in the crinkly grass that fills the Easter basket to the rim.

Lastly, finish everything off by drawing the eggs as they are nestled inside the grass. Draw more grass between the eggs as well.

If you made mistakes you might want to erase them now before you add color to your basket. Once the coloring is done, you're done.

This tut will be on how to draw an Easter basket, step by step. I wanted something a little more traditional looking then some of the other baskets I have on Drago. This Easter basket drawing has all the fixings, the fake grass, colored Ester eggs, a wicker basket, and a pretty big bow.
