How to Draw Aisling from The Secret of Kells

Step 1.


Draw a shape for the head then draw the shape of the body. Sketch in the facial guidelines as well as the one body guide.

Step 2.


Define the shape of the face then draw the bangs and rest of the hair.

Step 3.


You can now draw the strand lines, then draw the eyebrows and shapes of the eyes. Also draw the nose and mouth.

Step 4.


Next, draw the torso and then draw the arms and legs. Add the arm shapes, then draw the lining for the boots.

Step 5.


For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw the long strand of hair which is curled and formed into a curl. Erase the mistakes then you are all done.

Step 6.


Here is the line art when you are all done now you can color Aisling to perfection.

Up next we will learn "how to draw Aisling", step by step. Aisling is a fairy who lives in the woods. She is also related to the Tuatha De Danann. She also befriends Brendan who is the twelve year old boy that explores outside the village walls into the forest outside of Kells. She is a sweet young girl who has the ability to transform into a wolf. Her hair is long and white and her eyes are bright green. I lover her personality and I also love her character.
