Step 1.

First make a straight line mine wasn't cause i used paint

Second make a half circle on your line

Second fill in the half circle with a bright yellow.Then make sun rays

Thirdly Fill in your sky

fourthly fill your bottom withgreen

Lastly color in your stripes on the sky. Have fun drawing this ugly thing i made when i was four
