How to Draw a Puppy for Kids
1
Start by making a simple egg shape for the head, and then another smaller egg shape for the body. Next, draw the facial guidelines like you see here.
2
All you need to do here is basically draw out the shape of the puppy's head and thicken the original lining.
3
Next, draw out the droopy, but cute ears like so, and be sure that they are big enough for the head size.
4
Almost done guys! Make two eyes which are oval in shape, and then color them in leaving behind two white dots. Add a dash for the brows, and move to step five.
5
Draw the nose and then draw in the jowls or small mouth. When that is easily drawn in, you can add the little tiny tongue that the puppy is sticking out.
6
You will now draw the chest, front legs and then the paws. Be sure to add the toe lines and sketch in the stomach too.
7
Now you have come far enough to finish off the pup. Draw the hind leg, and give him, or her a cute wagging tail. Erase the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.
