How to Draw a Phone, Telephone

In this first step you will start by drawing out the base frame of the standard looking table phone. This is a geometrical looking shape and then draw a straight line on the bottom to create a dimensional look. Then you will draw a half circle and th

In this next step you will define the dial rotary in more detail by completing the circular shape. You will then define the shape of the base of the phone as you see here with a sleek line going down the front and sides. Draw more of the phone's hand

Now as you can see when you are done with this step you will notice that the phone is starting to look like..well a phone. You will start drawing out the individual finger circle holes on the dial rotary and then draw a middle circle. Next make more

Description: Now that I showed you how to draw a few things that are in our homes, I thought is was time to give you a drawing lesson on how to draw a phone or telephone. As you know the telephone has come a long way from when they were first invented. Before you could pick up a phone to contact somebody, you had to send a telegram or some form of mail. The year was 1875, and this was the year when the telegraph and the Atlantic cable were considered God’s gift to man. A young man by the name of Alexander Graham Bell was about to change the way people communicate forever. He was a whiz with sound and he first heard a “twang” sound in the same year. It wasn’t until the year of 1876 that he spoke his first words through the live wire to his friend Mr. Watson when he asked him to “come here”. Yes it is true that the existence of the telephone has come a long way since 1875, and because of that we are able to communicate to our friends, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, mothers, and fathers live on real time. With the existence of the phone came the ability to create the ever more popular cell phone. Me myself I have a cell phone (as do many teenaged girls and boys). And like most households across the world folks have the pleasure of having this talking device readily available for use. The only bad part to owning any kind of phone line is the bill that has to be paid at the end of the mouth. This tutorial will show you how to draw a phone step by step. The instructions are detailed and the steps are well laid out for easy understanding. I will return with more drawing fun, but in the mean time knock yourself out with this drawing lesson till I return.
