Step 1.

Use a darker color to do shadeing where you want the most fluffyness to be.

Blend in the darker color with the base color.

Create a pattern you want to fur to go.

You do the fur all over where you want it to be.

Blend the ending line on the top with the secondary color.

Then your done :3
