How to Draw Trinity, The Matrix

Trinity actually has a fairly easy to draw head from the front, so I actually just go straight to the final outline at my starting point. Then I divide it up the middle for the facial features, and mark where her shoulders and neck will be.

Next I draw her Glasses, which for all you true believers out there, are shaped much like the eyes of an alien gray. Then I add the tip of her nose and her neck, which also becomes the inside of her tanktop. Eyebrows too.

Big step. I finish the straps on her shirt, draw in her chin, ears, and finish her nose. As ALWAYS in my tutorials, take your time here to get this part right. Portraits are ALL in the details, which these are. lol

Finish off the shoulders and add her lips. Notice that her upper lip is a tad fuller than her lower lip. Also draw the first two little segments of her hair.

My usual clean up step.

Just finish up her hair and add a few wrinkles to her shirt.

Description: Hey all. Decided to come back with another tutorial, this time on Trinity, Neo's love interest from The Matrix series. If you can't tell already, The Matrix is one of my favorite movie series, I even have the 10 disc collection of all the movies. So anyway, I'm gonna try to make this tutorial a little cleaner than Neo's was. Let's get started.
