Ok moving and qorking a lot on this step. You will be drawing in the teeth looking parts of the skull by joining them with oval kind of lines. also you need to extend the farthes teeth left and right higher up and connect them to the shades with the

Description: Hey this is my newest tutorial. Second one and I will continue on. This one is of the Team Dai-Gurren Skull/logo. Dai-Gurren is from a popular anime show known as Gurren Lagann. You can see this skull almost anywhere on the robots and also nearing the middle of the series you can find it located on the back of Simone's cape. It is also on Bro's flag at his memorial. I put this in the skull section because it also fits in there along with anime. Good luck.
