You can draw in the hat next and then add some detailing to the hat.

Draw in the coat and arm sleeves which are short.

Lastly, draw the rest of the body which is the legs and feet and then the rest of the arm and hands. You can also add the buttons. Erase the mistakes and guides too.

His full name is Sprig Planter and he too is an anthropomorphic frog. He is smaller than his peers and is the grandson to Hop Pop. Sprig Planter is what you call an outgoing frog in disguise.
