How to Draw Mary from Clarence

Begin by drawing Mary's face shape like so.

You will then draw the shape of her head along with the short hairstyle. As you can see she has short bangs.

Next, draw in the eyes, nose and mouth. Then give her some eyelashes.

Mary is a lady with some meat on her bones. We will begin drawing her body starting with her full figure. Sketch out the chest, arm and belly shape.

Next, add the shirt collar which is low enough to show her cleavage, then draw the sleeves, other arm and end of the shirt.

We will finish Mary off by drawing her legs, feet and then draw the pant line above her ankles. She wears a pair of brown boots so don't get confused with the line as being leg separation. Erase the mistakes folks.

Here is Clarence's mom Mary when you are all done. Don't forget to color her in so you can see what she really looks like finished.

Description: Every body needs a mom so I decided to make a lesson on Clarence's mom Mary. Up next we will tackle the task of learning "how to draw Mary" from Cartoon Network's upcoming series 'Clarence'. Mary is a very outgoing mom and will often leave Clarence home by himself as she goes out and lives her life. Just because she likes to go to Tupperware parties and the grocery store by herself, she is still very patient, nurturing and loving. Drawing Mary will be pretty simple. I do think that her style is stuck somewhere between the late 70's and early 80's. Have fun folks and once again, stick around.
