first draw the outline of his face

draw in the ear and the eyes,remember his eyes are mostly half mast so keep that in mind and the roots\starting pionts of his hair

so now you draw in the top of his head\hair, the hairline on his neck and the hair that falls into of his face and also his mouth and the rest of his nose

now draw the back of his head and the remaining hair that falls infront his face, also the outline of his scarf

now we draw his kenseikan, on both the side and top of his head that hold pieces of his hair

now draw the hair at the end of the kenseikan at the side and the rest of his scarf and your done! :)
