This step is sort of easy, all you have to do is draw his hair, but just like me, I had trouble drawing his hair. Then draw his chin, forget about his face right now.

Now draw the topper part of his body, remember to draw the rope running along his body.

Now draw the bottom part of his body. Also, add some ruffles to his pants.
