Continue to draw out the eye shapes but make sure that they are sort of oblong and squared at the base. Next, draw in the eyebrows for4 the female characters, as well as the blush marks to the figure to the left. Each anime character you see here has

Description: Finally last but not least, my favorite lesson of the day and it is going to be on "how to draw Japanese anime", step by step. I know that manga and anime is the same thing, but I have been getting a lot of requests for me to do a lesson that is specifically based on Japanese anime. To make things a whole lot easier to understand when it comes to the term “Japanese anime”, I will break it down to you on what exactly it is. You know how we have cartoons made in America, or the UK right? Well, in Japan the cartoons they make are called anime series. Television shows that air in Japanese homes are referred to as anime and so is Japanese made movies. As some of you may know anime is a word that is short for 'animation'. The characters that are created in Japanese cartoons and movies, almost always have exaggerated characteristics like long or short hair for the females, and bowl or spiky type hairstyles for the male figures. One thing I do have to say about the differences between American and Japanese made cartoons, is how developed the characters are as far as Japanese anime goes. American cartoons are more goofy and comical. Japanese cartoons usually write their characters to have some sort of life changing event happen, and they are more like movies than anything else. Anyways, I do believe that you will have a blast with learning "how to draw Japanese anime". I made two female figures and one male character in the middle of the two ladies. Have fun guys and meet me back here tomorrow!
