Step 1.


We will start with a circle for the shape of the Emoji.

Step 2.


Next, draw the eyebrows which are positioned on a slanted angle then draw the semi closed eyes.

Step 3.


We will now draw a stream of tears down the face like so.

Step 4.


Lastly, draw the whining mouth as it is open and crying.

Step 5.


This is the line art for your crying Emoji. Color it in and you are done.
