Start by drawing the head. Simply draw a circle, and add a triangular shape under it. You can also erase some parts like i did to make it look more anime.

Here, you'll need to draw the hair. She has squary bangs, so draw the same at the end of her haircut. I cleaned up the guidelines because i don't usualy use them.

Next step, draw the eyes. I have my own way to draw them, but you can draw them your own too.

Draw the nose and the mouth.

Draw her body. Its not long complicated because its a chibi.

Draw the clothes over the body. I used a reference to draw it.
