First off, make a sort of open cube shape head with one end more long than the other and put a guideline in the middle. Then just make the body

Now, add the quills and her flowers on her ears

Now make her eyes and a little smile:)

Now, add her arms, legs,and diaper.

Now add her bottle and color her in. When you have done that you're done! :)
