|Tags: how to draw lillies|
Description: I figured I would start the day with something pretty and unexpected. Going through my flowers category I really thought I had almost every popular bloom there was. That is until someone asked me to teach them "how to draw a tiger lily", step by step. There are so many different types of lilies, and even though I have a few of them on the site, I can’t believe I never drew one of the most common lilies around. These lilies have a deep, bright orange color, and that bold vibrant color is covered by spots that are all different shapes and sizes. The reason why this lily was named a “tiger” lily is because of the oblong spots that are on each beautiful petal. This flower is most commonly seen displayed in rows on front lawns, backyards, and various other gardens. Another awesome thing about this flower is the sweet strong, yet supple smell that the tiger lily gives off. You can not only decorate your landscape with this flower, you can also include it is some decadent dishes because most of this flower is edible. Now even though we humans can eat this bloom, it is proven to be extremely hazardous to cats. If you want to start a flower garden with this tiger lily, it is said that you should grow them away from other lily species. No matter what you want to do with this flower, in the end the display will be beautiful even it is is just to decorate a table, or sketch it out on paper. I think you will enjoy learning "how to draw a tiger lily" because it is always fun creating something beautiful. I have to go now but I will return. Have an awesome time with this flower guys and be sure to stick around or come back soon.
