Step 1.
So your ready to draw a Christmas tree right? Well let's get started! Start with a triangle that should be as big as you want your tree to be. Once that shape is drawn in, you can draw the guidelines for the trunk, the tree skirt, and the star.

Step 2.
Instead of drawing out both sides of the Christmas tree, I want you to draw one side at a time. Start by drawing the outlined shape of the tree star. Once that is done draw the base of the star and then begin sketching out the shape of the tree's pin
e design. Once that is done you can sketch out the bottom of the Christmas tree and move to the next step.

Step 3.
Well this already your last drawing step. All you have to do is draw out the other side of the Christmas tree and then draw the shape of the trunk. Once that is done you can then draw the tree skirt, and start sketching in the decorations. I drew in
some Christmas ball and or ornaments, and some thin garland. Erase all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.

Description:
βO Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree! Thy leaves are so unchanging; Not only green when summer's here, but also when 'tis cold and drear. O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree! Thy leaves are so unchanging!β. That is the famous German carol that people worldwide sing and dance too while they are decorating the tree. I will show you "how to draw a Christmas tree step by stepβ. The Christmas tree is probably one of the more popular objects that families buy, place in their homes, and decorate. The whole concept of decorating a tree was developed back in the nineteenth century. During those times, instead of strings of lights, they placed candy, bells, and creative looking bulbs on their trees. The whole concept of carolling was originally created with the celebration of the Christmas tree. I do have another tree tutorial in the Christmas section under the seasonal category that you can check out. But honestly, I like the way this one came out more than the other one I have submitted. I think you will like this lesson on βhow to draw a Christmas treeβ. You can decorate your tree with all kinds of trinkets and lights to make it look like the one you have at home. I will be back with two more tutorials on the way. Have fun guys and happy drawing!
