How to draw a sad girl

Okay, start off with making a circle, and a line through it, and two parallel lines through the middle so the eyes are even.

Now draw the chin. (sorry about the paper)

Now start drawing the eyes, nose, and mouth.

Okay now start filling in the eyes. The eyes have to be large, "puppy dog eyes" to make the girl look innocent. After making eyes outline nose and mouth. Then darken the eyebrows.

Next, start drawing the hair. The face and stuff looks fuller once you do this.

Now start drawing more detail, outline the hair and start shading the face.

Lol im not sure if this is the same image as step 6 but, now start shading the hair in.

Last of all, shade in the background and the hair some more. AND THERE YOU GO! You have made your sad girl.
