You probably won't need guidelines really, it's just easier to demonstrate the proportions an positions of stuff with guidelines on here.

This is the inside edge of the RJ smiley. What can I say? It's a slightly deformed cirle with a few lumps and bumps. Note that the top overlap goes about a third into the quarter past the halfway line, whereas the bottom of the overlap doesn't quite

And this is the outside of the RJ smiley. Note hw it is more ragged than the inside line, and how it isn't always touching the guideline.

Next, draw the eyes and mouth. Note how the left eye is thinner and lower down than the right, and how the mouth imitates/mirrors the arc of the eyes.

Now drw in as many rivulets of blood as you see fit, the gorier the better!

Finally, rub out the guidelines if you drew them, and colour in the face.
