How to Draw a Crazy Face

All you need to do for this step is do the shape of the head and the circle for one eye. Then you can start the other eye(don't draw the square I used paper for a background).

First finish the outline of the second eye. Then do the cross for the teeth and the edges of both eyes.

Do the pupils of both eyes with the right one slightly bigger and with another circle for an outline. Join the eyes and finish the outline of the head.

Now all you need to do is the detail. Do lines under the eyes (making sure you follow the EXACT lines of the eyes) and do the other cheek above his teeth. Then do the chin.
