Step 1.

Make a circle for the head/body combined for your Bulu monster.

Define the shape of the Bulu monster's head, then draw in the lips at the same time.

Finish the body shape, then draw in the wing or fin, whatever you want to call it.

Draw the tail fin next, then add the marking line at the end of the fin.

Draw the circles in side the mouth to create the inside of the mouth and the lips.

You can draw the eyeball, then draw in a pupil. Add the belly lines to separate the skin texture difference.

We will draw in the stem and then draw a ring rim around the top.

Finish the spout, then add the dots along the sides of the spout tip. Erase your guidelines along with the mistakes.

Here is the line art. Now all you have to do is color in this Bulu monster.
