Step 1.


Make an oval like shape

Step 2.


Make a rectangle over a little bit of the oval erase the unnecessary line

Step 3.


Make a thinner rectangle under the rectangle you just made

Step 4.


Add hands arms and shoes

Step 5.


Make a diamond shape under the head

Step 6.


Colour the tie in the diamond

Step 7.


Add parallel lines to make a tuxedo

Step 8.


Add jaw (tentacles are optional, you may also colour in tuxedo)
