Step 1.

start off by ruling 5 line 3 millimetres apart (depending on how big you want it)about 5 cm long then make wavy lines

draw a quaver at the straight lines and a small 3 and 4 draw 5 music notes on the lines you drew

next draw random music notes crosses eg x stars eg * circles flowers etc

lastly go over it all with a think black pen
