Draw a Merman Step by Step

Add the detailing to his hair which will give this merman a beach bum look. When the hair is done you can work on the face starting with the eyebrows, then draw in the eyes, nose, mouth and cheek indents. Add some shape to the neck and then proceed t

Description: Here is an interesting lesson that I would never have thought to do, and that is one on how to draw a Merman. Everyone always makes drawings and lesson on Mermaids, but what about the men fish that exist down under? If you remember, King Triton is a Merman and he is a very important Merman as he is Ariel's father. There are also a lot of other men fish that exists under the aquatic sea. At first I didn't think that this was going to end up being a good looking concept, but when I was finished I really love the way this drawing of a Merman came out. Who ever requested this tutorial to draw a Merman, let yourself be known because I want to thank you for requesting such a tut. If it wasn't for you Dragoart members, I would be at a loss for ideas on what to do for tuts. Anyways, I do hope you all enjoy and have fun drawing this merman. I still have more exciting requests to upload so stay put will ya.
