First start off by drawing the curved line that you see here

Next step finish off the shape of the eye with the two added lines shown here

Next make the half circle for the eye and the eye's muscle

Now add the pupil at the center of the eye

add more of the eye's detail as you see here

lightly shade in the the iris

now add lines to the outer end of the iris
