Make a large round head and include the ear shapes with that same lining.

Next, draw nine small dots on the top part of Omi's head then ad the defining lines on each side. You will draw the eyes, then a nose. The point of view is from the top.

Next, we will work on getting Omi's body drawn out. Start with the sleeves or arms, then draw the torso and then the leg shapes.

lastly, draw the sash around Omi's waist, then add the small feet and defining lines for the sleeve cuffs, and gi opening. Erase the mistakes then you are finished.

Here is Omi, now you can color him in to perfection.

Description: Since a lot of people loved the lesson on Jack Spicer, so I wanted to make and upload more tutorials on some of the other characters from the series. I decided that making a lesson on "how to draw Omi", step by step would make more sense because he is the main protagonist of the show. I don't know much about Xiaolin so I had to do a little research. From what I've read Omi is the Xiaolin Dragon of Water. He was trained by Master Fung, and took to the training well. Omi has a very interesting character appeal because of the large bald head, squinty eyes, and very expressive face. He is a very easy figure to replicate which means you will have a less stressful time with recreating him. Drawing Omi should prove to be fun, and if you are looking for other characters from Xiaolin, stick around because I have just what you're looking for. Adios mi amigos.
