How to Draw Akira Fudo from Devilman Crybaby

Step 1.


Begin like we always do, some basic guidelines and guide shapes for the body and limbs.

Step 2.


Start drawing out the shape of the face which is pretty simple since its in chibi form. Draw in the shape of the ear, width of the neck and then add the small nose and mouth.

Step 3.


Here you will use the facial guidelines to draw in the shapes of the eyes. Be sure the lining is pretty thick. Then you will draw the eyeballs, eyebrows and some lashes.

Step 4.


We will now have fun drawing the hairstyle which is a bit messy.

Step 5.


Okay, next draw the torso in the form of a tee shirt. Add some wrinkling on the sleeves and then add an indent to the center of the shirt.

Step 6.


We will fill those sleeves with Akira's arms and one hand. Draw the rest of the tee and be sure its folded or layed at the waist of the shirt.

Step 7.


For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw the legs and or pants followed by the shoes. Add crinkling, wrinkling and layers. Erase your mistakes and guides then you're done.

Step 8.


That's it, you are all done. Now go ahead and color in your drawing of chibi Akira from Devilman.

Description: Hey guys. Here is another tutorial by me, Bunnyhop23. Today I will be showing you all how to draw Akira Fudo from the manga Devilman, step by step. This is a very popular manga series that is getting talked about and I don't know if its because of the vulgarity of the show, or if its because the manga is really good. I started watching a little bit of it the other day, and fell for Akira. Akira eventually transforms into Devilman. In true form Akira is a teenage boy who is pretty passive and weak willed. Being the only child of the family doesn't help either. Anyways, if you haven't seen Devilman, you can check out the manga on Netflix. I will be back soon with another lesson, for now have fun drawing Akira in chibi form.
