How to draw a small cute prom dress

First draw a wavy line and add 2 lines (one on each side ) going inwards.

At the end of the lines draw a skirt on, making sure the ends are pointy.the skirt can be any length you want.

Add a curve from the top corners and put a bow right in the middle( you can do a flower but I prefer the bow).

Add four lines onto the skirt. Two in the middle and one on each side, make sure you have some space between each line.

Add lines in between the first ones leaving two spaces empty though. Add any pattern you like such as stars, flowers. Dots etc.( spots and circles is what I used).

Lastly go over the outside of the dress and make sure the bottom is curved in the corners. Colour any colour you like.good luck!
