How to draw a manga female portrait

Draw a circle. It does not have to be a perfect circle, but try as hard as you can to keep it neat. Then draw a line through the middle of the circle. Draw them faint as they are just guidelines.

Draw four lines for the chin. You don't need to be as faint for this.

Add in the guidelines for the eyes and eyebrows. Note that the eyes are bigger than male eyes. Draw a faint square for the mouth.

Add in the starter for the eyes, and add the bottom line of the eyebrows. Draw a small rhombus for the nose and ( if you want) the ears. Add two parallel lines for the neck.

Define the eyes inside their guide boxes. Add details to the ears (if you added them). Turn the neck lines into a curved shape.

Add more detail to the eyes and erase the guidelines. Add strands to the hair if you want. You could colour it in...

... Or you could add the top part of some clothes and a necklace!
