Step 1.

Draw the top eyeline using 8.0mm thick marker.

Now draw the bottom eyeline. Using 8.0mm thick marker also.

Now draw the cornea using 6.0mm thick marker.

Now add in the pupil using 4.0mm thick marker.

Now add in some curvy eyelashes using 2.5mm thick marker.

Add in the finishing details and.. Voila!
