This is Mavet as a Child. Mavet is one of the tricksters who works alongside with Torin. Mavet has a fascination with possesions and Voodoo dolls. Hence the belt with Voodoo heads and his closest companion. Milou a telepathic doll with a mind of its own. (even if its head is detatched)
