These monsters are also known as "Doubleheads" debuts at 'Silent Hill 4: Room'. According to the story, they were Walter Sullivan's seventh and eighth victim and their names are "Billy" and "Miriam Locane", who were first mentioned in Silent Hill 2. They are the only monster reincarnate in the story and when you play "Silent Hill 2" they are located in the Prison World, The Forest World (2nd Time), and the Apartment (2nd Time). Actually in the game, they are likely to be ignorant and harmless but appears to be very dangerous when disturbed just like The Witch from Left 4 Dead. Anyway, I hope you like my drawing.
